Broadway's Leigh Ann Larkin, Kate Rockwell, and Natalie Venetia Belcon Will Take Part in Readings of Neurosis: A New Musical
Neurosis: A New Musical will receive three readings October 24 and 25 at Ripley-Grier Studios. Described as "Friends meets Woody Allen," Neurosis tells the story of what happens when a neurotic man meets the girl of his dreams. Admission to the readings is by invitation only.
The musical features a book by Allan Rice, music by Ben Green, and lyrics by Greg Edwards. Produced by Devon Berkshire, the readings will be performed by Ryan Andes (Big Fish), Natalie Venetia Belcon (Avenue Q), Danny Gardner, Leigh Ann Larkin (A Little Night Music), Liz Larsen (Beautiful – The Carole King Musical), Joseph Medeiros (Wicked), Kate Rockwell (Rock of Ages), and Stuart Zagnit (Newsies). Walter Ryon directs, with music direction by Jeff Theiss. Mary Stazewski is the stage manager.
