Everyone has a stake in the upcoming Presidential election – including Broadway performers.

That’s why siblings Celia Keenan-Bolger, starring in Peter and the Starcatcher, and Andrew Keenan-Bolger, appearing in Newsies, have co-founded Broadway for Obama, which will be holding a Broadway Gets Out the Vote event at 405 West 55th Street on Sunday, October 14 from 7pm to 10pm.

Lauren Molina and Nick Cearley of The Skivvies will perform live, with additional participants including Nick Adams, Max Von Essen, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Kara Lindsay, and Nikki Renee Daniels.

“The only way we’re going to win this election is by reaching out to people in swing states and showing our enthusiasm for President Obama,” says Celia Keenan-Bolger in a statement.

The evening will begin with an information session explaining how to get involved, followed by phone banking. The event is open to the public, but requires an RSVP at this link.
