The Book of Mormon won the Broadway Show category at the Fifth Annual Concierge Choice Awards, held on Monday, September 26.

The awards recognize companies, organizations, and individuals who create exceptional experiences for New York City visitors.

Written by Trey Parker, Matt Stone, and Robert Lopez, the production — which performs at Eugene O’Neill Theatre — is co-directed by Parker and Casey Nicholaw, who also serves as the production’s choreographer. The musical follows a pair of mismatched Mormon boys sent on a mission to a place that’s about as far from Salt Lake City as one can get.
