Brian Avers, Aubrey Dollar, Meredith Forlenza, and Michael Stahl-David will comprise the cast for the New York premiere of Completeness, by Itamar Moases. Pam MacKinnon will direct the production on the Playwrights Horizons’ Mainstage, August 19-September 25, with an opening on September 13.

In the play, computer scientist Elliot (Stahl-David) builds a computer program to help molecular biologist Molly (Dollar) with her research project, and the variables in their evolving relationship shift as rapidly as the terms of their experiment.

The production will feature scenic and costume designs by David Zinn, lighting design by Russell H. Champa and original music and sound design by Bray Poor.

Avers has appeared on Broadway in Rock ‘n’ Roll and The Lieutenant of Inishmore. Dollar previously appeared at Playwrights Horizons in Juvenilia, with other New York credits including Bottom of the World and Orange Yellow Egg Canary. Forlenza’s Broadway credits include A Behanding in Spokane and Pal Joey. Stahl-David starred this past season in Picked at the Vineyard, and also appeared Off-Broadway in The Overwhelming. His film and television credits include Cloverfield and The Black Donnellys.
