Birgit Huppuch, Greg Keller, Linda Powell, et al. Set for the Drama League’s DirectorFest 2010

The lineup for the Drama League’s DirectorFest 2010 has been announced. This 27th annual presentation of one-act plays staged by the League’s Fall Fellows will be offered at the TBG Theatre December 9-12.

Tyrone Brown will direct Lynn Nottage’s look at a woman who’s been caught in an abusive marriage, Poof!, which will feature Linda Powell and Nikki E. Walker.

Vaclav Havel’s exploration of a man’s job review at a brewery, Audience, will be staged by Rafael Gallegos and feature Doug Wert and Stephen Tyrone.

Greg Keller, Julie Jesneck and Reyna De Courcy will appear in Lila Neugebauer’s staging of Eliza Clark’s Snow Day, in which a brother and sister cope with a bomb threat to a high school.

Thomas Higgins’ The Furniture Fire, to be directed by Jeremy Bloom, will be directed by Jeremy Bloom and has a cast which includes Birgit Huppuch, Marc Damon Johnson, Alenka Kraigher, and Stephen Bradbury.
