Bill Heck to Join Lucy Liu, Jonny Lee Miller for CBS’ Elementary

Bill Heck will join the cast of the new CBS series Elementary, according to a report on Deadline.com. He will play an up-and-coming member of the New York district attorney’s office.
As previously announced, the show is a new take on Sherlock Holmes. It also stars stage veterans Jonny Lee Miller, Lucy Liu, and Aidan Quinn.
Heck’s many stage credits include his Drama Desk Award-winning performance in The Orphans’ Home Cycle, as well as the Off-Broadway revival of Angels in America and the Shakespeare in the Park production of The Merchant of Venice. Among his television and film credits are The Good Wife and the forthcoming Pit Stop.
