Anderson, Bernstein, Castle, Ollman, Wright, et al. Set for Gettysburg Festival

The Gettysburg Festival — Celebrating America will run June 19-29 in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

One highlight of the festival will be Daniel Kutner’s staging of the John Kander-Fred Ebb revue And the World Goes ‘Round, starring Adam Armstrong, Jaclyn Huberman, Ted Keegan, Rashidra Scott, and Jessica Wright. The show will feature choreography by Wendy Seyb and musical direction by Stan Tucker.

On June 28, there will be Songfest: Celebrating American Poets and Composers by Leonard Bernstein, narrated by his daughter, Jamie Bernstein. Performers will include Leon Bates, Joyce Castle, Sari Gruber, Kurt Ollman, Robert Osborne, Ellen Rabiner, and Matthew Surapine.

Additional events include cabaret performances by Leslie Anderson, Joe Ardizone, Kelly Howe, and Alison Nusbaum; a concert by the The Gettysburg Festival Brass; and a performance by the Folkemer Family Band.
