Maureen Anderman, Donna Bullock, Geneva Carr, Troy Deutsch, and Jordan Lage will star in the Huntington Theatre Company production of David Lindsay Abaire’s drama Rabbit Hole, November 3-December 3. The show will be directed by Broadway veteran John Tillinger.

Presented on Broadway earlier this year, Rabbit Hole tells the story of Becca and Howie, a middle-aged couple coping with the death of their four-year-old son. Lindsay-Abaire’s other plays include Kimberly Akimbo, Fuddy Meers, and Wonder of the World; in addition, he wrote the book for the musical High Fidelity, which is currently having its pre-Broadway tryout run in Boston.

The production team for Rabbit Hole includes James Noone (sets), Laurie Churba (costumes), and Dennis Parichy (sound). Tillinger received a Tony Award nomination for Loot. Among his many other credits are Say Goodnight, Gracie, Broken Glass, and The Price.

Anderman, who will play Nat, is a Tony nominee for her work in The Lady from Dubuque; she has also been seen on Broadway in such shows as Seascape and the 1976 revival of Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? Bullock, who will play Becca, appeared on Broadway in A Class Act, Ragtime, and City of Angels and won an Obie Award for Top Girls. Carr, who will play Izzy, was seen Off-Broadway in Betty’s Summer Vacation. Deutsch, who will play Jason, understudied that role on Broadway. Lage, who will play Howie, has worked extensively with the Atlantic Theater Company and was seen on Broadway in Glengarry Glen Ross and The Best Man.
