Adam Pascal and Christine Pedi are Thrilled to Join Chicago on Broadway
The new cast members join Amra-Faye Wright, Amy Spanger, and more.
New Chicago cast members Tony Award nominee Adam Pascal (Memphis) and Christine Pedi (Talk Radio) enjoyed their first night in the long-running production on Monday, April 8 at the Ambassador Theatre.
Pascal joins the cast in the role of suave lawyer Billy Flynn, replacing Christopher Sieber. Christine Pedi takes over for Carol Woods for a limited engagement in the role of Matron "Mama" Morton, a hardened prison matron.
Chicago is the story of Roxie Hart, a nightclub dancer who murders her on-the-side lover after he threatens to walk out on her. Desperate to avoid conviction, she dupes the public, the media, and her rival cellmate, Velma Kelly, by hiring Chicago's slickest criminal lawyer to transform her crime into a barrage of sensational headlines.
Pascal and Pedi join a company that includes Amra-Faye Wright, Amy Spanger, and many others.
