Actor Christopher Cazenove Dies at 64

Christopher Cazenove, the British stage star who gained fame in America as Dynasty‘s Ben Carrington, died in London on April 7 of septicaemia. He was 64.

Cazenove most recently appeared on stage as Henry Higgins in My Fair Lady. His many other stage credits included Hamlet, The Lionel Touch, The Winslow Boy, Joking Apart and Goodbye Fidel. His many film and television credits included Julius Caesar, Zulu Dawn, Heat and Dust, A Knight’s Tale, Lace II, and Jenny’s War.

He is survived by his partner, Isabel Davis.
