The historical drama by Pulitzer Prize winner Robert Schenkkan is now in previews at the Cambridge theater.

All the Way, Robert Schenkkan’s theatricalized account of President Lyndon Baines Johnson’s first year in office, is now in previews at the world-renowned American Repertory Theater at Harvard University.

Directed by Bill Rauch, the cast features Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston in the leading role of LBJ, along with Brandon J. Dirden (The Piano Lesson) as Martin Luther King Jr., Michael McKean (The Best Man) as J. Edgar Hoover, Reed Birney (Picnic) as Hubert Humphrey, Dakin Matthews (The Best Man) as Richard Russell, Arnie Burton (Peter and the Starcatcher) as Robert McNamara, as well as Crystal A. Dickinson as Coretta Scott King, Betsy Aidem as Lady Bird Johnson, Eric Lenox Abrams as Bob Moses, Peter Jay Fernandez as Roy Wilkins, Marianne Hagan as Lurleen Wallace, William Jackson Harper as Stokely Carmichael, Christopher Liam Moore as Walter Jenkins, and Ethan Phillips as Stanley Levison.
