The cast features Jane Fonda (Katherine Brandt), Don Amendolia (Anton Diabelli), Zach Grenier (Beethoven), Colin Hanks (Mike Clark), Susan Kellermann (Dr. Gertie Ladenburger), Samantha Mathis (Clara Brandt), Erik Steele (Anton Schindler), and Diane Walsh (pianist).

The design team includes Derek McLane (sets), Janice Pytel and David C. Woolard (costumes), David Lander (lighting), André Pluess (sound), Jeff Sugg (projections), and Daniel Pelzig (choreography).
