Exclusive Early Onsale for U.S. Cinema Screenings of Noël Coward's Private Lives Available to TheaterMania Subscribers

”Private Lives” follows ”Merrily We Roll Along” as the second production distributed as part of the West End Theatre Series.

CinemaLive and Digital Theatre will present worldwide cinema screenings of Chichester Festival Theatre's production of Private Lives by Noël Coward on December 11 as part of the West End Theatre Series. The event will mark the second production to be distributed this way, following the success of the recent Merrily We Roll Along screenings.

Chichester Festival Theatre's Private Lives, which played a limited run from June 22-September 21, is directed by Jonathan Kent (Faith Healer) and stars Toby Stephens and Anna Chancellor. The comedy follows Elyot Chase (Stephens) and Amanda Prynne (Chancellor), a glamorous divorced couple who finds their love unexpectedly rekindled when they take adjoining suites of a French hotel while honeymooning with their new spouses. Cinema audiences will also see exclusive behind-the-scenes footage and a celebrity featurette exploring the continuing allure of Noël Coward.

The cast also includes Anthony Calf as Victor Prynne, Anna-Louise Plowman as Sibyl Chase, and Sue Kelvin as Louise. Private Lives features design by Anthony Ward, lighting by Mark Henderson, sound by Paul Groothuis, and music by Matthew Scott.

General ticket sales will begin November 8, but TheaterMania subscribers will be invited to a special early onsale via e-mail tomorrow, November 6. To subscribe, click here.
