After Midnight Rocks Out in Times Square and Renames 47th Street After Duke Ellington

Mercedes Ellington and cast and band members from Broadway's After Midnight celebrated the legacy of Duke Ellington by renaming 47th Street and Broadway "Duke Ellington way" after the show's matinee performance on June 4. A jam session in the middle of Times Square ensued.
