Yasmina Reza’s Tony Award-winning God of Carnage will be part of George Street Playhouse’s 2010-11 season, running May 10 – June 6. David Saint will direct the production.

Reza’s play, translated by Christopher Hampton, focuses on two married couples dealing with a schoolyard dispute between their sons. The piece will join a lineup of plays at the George Street Playhouse, which, as previously announced, will include Annie Baker’s Circle Mirror Transformation (October 5 – October 31), Jeff Bowen and Hunter Bell’s [title of show] (November 16-December 12), Frank Gilroy’s The Subject Was Roses (February 8 – March 6), and Ken Ludwig’s new comedy about romance and golfing, A Fox on the Fairway (March 22 – April 17).
