Seth Rudetsky to Host Surflight Theatre’s Alumni on Broadway

Seth Rudetsky will host Surflight Theatre’s Alumni on Broadway, to be held at the theater’s New Jersey home on Long Beach Island, June 22 at 8pm.

The concert will feature performances from actors who have appeared both on the Surflight stage and on Broadway. Performers will include Kelley Briggs, Kelsey Fowler, Victor Hawks, Leah Horowitz, Michael McAssey, Matty Price, Rob Richardson, Steve Steiner, and Elisa vanDuyne. Michael McAssey and Jeremy Randall will serve as musical directors.

Rudetsky is a professional musical director and pianist who has played on Broadway for shows including Les Miserables, The Producersi>, The Phantom of the Opera, and Ragtime. He hosts a weekly Broadway interview called “Chatterbox” in New York City and is the Broadway host for Sirius/XM Satellite Radio. He was the vocal coach on MTV’s Legally Blonde reality show, and also appeared as an actor in the Broadway revival of The Ritz.
