Lisa Vroman Replaces Ruth Ann Swenson in Opera New Jersey’s Die Fledermaus

Lisa Vroman has replaced previously announced star Ruth Ann Swenson (who has withdrawn due to illness) as Rosalinda in Opera New Jersey’s concert staging of Johan Strauss’ Die Fledermaus. The production, to be directed by Ira Siff and conducted by Mark Flint, will be presented at 7:30pm on February 13 at the McCarter Theatre in Princeton; at 8pm on February 20 at the Community Theatre at Mayo Center for the Performing Arts in Morristown; and at 3pm on February 22 at the State Theatre in New Brunswick.

The cast will also feature Allan Glassman, Rachele Gilmore, Tonio DiPaolo, Keith Phares, Leah Summers, Anthony Laciura, David Ward, and Allison Pohl.

Vroman has starred on Broadway in The Phantom of the Opera and Aspects of Love, and other theater credits include Les Miserables and Sweeney Todd.
