Meet the Paper Mill Playhouse Cast of Elf

The Chad Beguelin-Matthew Sklar musical plays a holiday season run in New Jersey.

New Jersey's Paper Mill Playhouse will present the musical Elf, directed by Eric Ankrim, from November 26-January 4. On November 19, the principal company, led by James Moye (Buddy), Kate Fahrner (Jovie), Heidi Blickenstaff (Emily), Paul C. Vogt (Santa), and Jake Faragalli (Michael) met the press in their rehearsal studio to preview the production.

The company of Elf also includes Robert Cuccioli, Cleve Asbury, Jessica Sheridan, DeMone, Sydney Brenton, Stephanie Cain, Alicia Charles, Brittany Conigatti, Michael Di Liberto, Madge Dietrich, Michael Fatica, Michael Coale Grey, Anna McCarthy, Gillian Munsayac, Patrick O’Neill, Heather Parcells, Jody Reynard, Chris Richards, Justin Schuman, Sam Seferian, and Laura Smith.

Inspired by the 2003 film that starred Will Ferrell, Elf has a score by Matthew Sklar and Chad Beguelin, with a book by Thomas Meehan and Bob Martin. The musical, which tells the story of an orphan raised by Santa's elves and his quest to find his family, played on Broadway in 2010 and 2012.
