Carter Calvert, Carson Kressley, Sally Struthers Set for Ogunquit Playhouse 80th Anniversary Season

Ogunquit Playhouse will kick off its 80th Anniversary season with Always, Patsy Cline, starring Emmy Award winner Sally Struthers and Broadway veteran Carter Calvert, May 23-June 16. The production will be directed by David Galligan, with musical direction by Ken Clifton.

Also included in the season will be Damn Yankees (the new Boston Red Sox version!), featuring a book by Tony Award winner Joe DiPietro, to run July 25 – August 18. As previously reported, the show will feature television and stage star Carson Kressley as Mr. Applegate.

The Playhouse will also present Rodgers & Hammerstein’s South Pacific (June 20 – July 14); 9 To 5: The Musical (August 22-September 15), also starring Struthers; and Buddy, The Buddy Holly Story (September 20-October 21).
