Terrence Howard, William H. Macy, Emily Mortimer, Alessandro Nivola, et al. Set for A Single Shot Movie

Alessandro Nivola will both star in and produce the movie A Single Shot, according to a report on Deadline.com. David M. Rosenthal is directing the project.
Matthew F. Jones has written has adapted his own novel for the movie, which is set in a farming community in the rural Adirondack Mountains and centers on what happens after a man (Nivola) accidentally shoots a teenage girl while aiming at a deer he’s illegally poaching in a nature preserve.
The movie will also feature Nivola’s wife ,Emily Mortimer, along with William H. Macy, Terrence Howard, Juliette Lewis, James Badge Dale and Juno Temple. Nivola produces with Keith Kjarval, Aaron Gilbert and Chris Coen.
Nivola’s stage credits include A Lie of the Mind and EST’s First Light 2009 Off-Broadway. His film credits include The Girl in the Park, Howl, and Who Do You Love, among others.
