Rene Pape to Perform in L.A. Opera Recital on January 15

L.A. Opera will present the internationally renowned opera star Rene Pape in recital at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion on Saturday, January 15 at 7:30pm.
The recital will include a program of German lieder. Pape’s accompanist will be pianist Brian Zeger.
Pape most recently appeared with the L.A. Opera in a 2007 production of Verdi’s Requiem. Earlier this season, he made a highly acclaimed return to the Metropolitan Opera starring in the title role of a new production of Mussorgsky’s Boris Godunov.
