Neighborhood Playhouse Announces 2008 Fall Play Reading Festival

The Neighborhood Playhouse has announced the line-up for its 2008 Fall Play Reading Festival, set to include four productions.

The festival will open with Dario Fo’s The Accidental Death of an Anarchist, October 18, at the Neighborhood Playhouse. Casting for this reading will include Jeremy Guskin, Laura Hathaway, James Larsen, Perry Shields, Michael Tatlock, and Andrew Zimmer with Michael Hovance at the helm. The Weir, October 28, will follow at the David Fairchild Studios with direction by Suzan Fairchild.

Christopher Shinn’s Dying City, November 18, will also be read at the David Fairchild Studios with direction by Craig D’Amico. The festival will close with a reading of Hedda Gabler, January 17, at the Neighborhood Playhouse with Richard Perloff at the helm. Remaining casting for festival shows will be announced at a later date.
