Jackie Tohn, Jake Simpson et al. Set for The Troubadors

Casting has been announced for The Troubadors, part of Upright Cabaret’s American Icon series, which will perform at the Catalina Jazz Club in Hollywood on January 15 at 7:30pm, the Scheer Forum Theatre in Thousand Oaks on January 27 at 8pm, the La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts in La Mirada on January 29 at 7:30pm, and the Annenberg Theater in Palm Springs on February 5 at 8pm.
The performance will showcase the music of Bob Dylan, Carole King & James Taylor, including such songs as “Blowin’ In The Wind,” “Times They Are A’Changin’,” “Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow,” “Natural Woman,” “Fire and Rain,” and “You’ve Got A Friend.”
The cast will include American Idol‘s Jackie Tohn, as well as Yvette Cason, Jake Simpson, and Matt Wolpe.
