Glee, Neil Patrick Harris, Hugh Laurie, Jane Lynch, Usher et al. Win People’s Choice Awards

The winners of the People’s Choice Awards have been announced. The prizes were presented in a ceremony, hosted by Queen Latifah, held on January 5.

FOX’s Glee picked up two honors: Favorite Comedy and Favorite TV Comedy Actress for Jane Lynch. Meanwhile, the Favorite TV Comedy Actor prize went to Neil Patrick Harris.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse was named both Favorite Movie and Favorite Drama Movie. A trio of performers from the film, Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner, were also honored with the award for Favorite On Screen Team. Stewart was individually honored with the Favorite Movie Actress prize as well.

Among the other winners are Broadway veteran Usher, who won Favorite R&B Artist, as well as Johnny Depp, Hugh Laurie, and Zac Efron, as well as such series as Dexter and The Simpsons.
