Broadway veteran Bryan Cranston, who won Tony and Drama Desk Awards this year for his performance in All the Way, has been announced to star in The Infiltrator, a new film from Good Films with direction by Brad Furman, according to Variety. Good Films' founder, Miriam Segal, will produce.

The Infiltrator is based on author Robert Mazur's autobiography of the same name. Cranston will play Mazur, a customs and excise agent with the undercover alias Bob Musella. Principal photography for the film is set to begin in early 2015.

Bryan Cranston is best known for his Emmy-winning role on AMC's Breaking Bad. He made his Broadway debut this year as President Lyndon Baines Johnson in Robert Schenkkan's All the Way.
