Anthony Daniels, the actor who portrayed C-3PO in all six Star Wars films, will provide live narration for Star Wars: In Concert, which will play the Hollywood Bowl, June 3 and 4.

Dirk Brossé will conduct John Williams’ score, which will be performed by a full symphony orchestra and choir, and accompanied by specially edited footage from the films displayed on a three-story-tall, high-definition LED super-screen.

Steve Cohen directs and designs the production, which had its world premiere in London in 2009 and has toured globally. The Hollywood Bowl concert will be the show’s only North American performance in 2011.
