Brothers & Sisters, Milk, Secrets of the Trade Among Los Angeles GLAAD Media Awards

The Los Angeles GLAAD Media Awards were held on April 19 at the Nokia Theatre, hosted by Miss Coco Peru.

Jonathan Tolins’ play The Secrets of the Trade won the Los Angeles Theatre Award. Competitive awards were also presented to the film Milk and the television series Desperate Housewives, Brothers & Sisters, The New Adventures of Old Christine, and The Ellen DeGeneres Show. The ceremony also included presentations to special honorees Kathy Griffin, The L Word and Prop 8: The Musical.

The evening’s performers, presenters, and celebrity attendees included Jennifer Holliday, Cheyenne Jackson, T.R. Knight, Chad Allen, Alan Cumming, Dana Delany, Camryn Manheim, Alac Mapa, and Megan Mullally.
