Alicia Silverstone Joins Cowboy Boots Film

Stage and screen star Alicia Silverstone has joined the cast of the film Cowboy Boots, according to Variety.
Silverstone will play the self-absorbed mother of a small-town girl (played by A.J. Michalka), who realizes her potential with the help of her imaginary friend The Cowboy (played by Billy Burke).
Silverstone appeared on Broadway in Time Stands Still and The Graduate. Her many film and television credits include Clueless, Suburgatory, Miss Match, Batman and Robin, and Excess Baggage.
