Siobhan Dillon Rejoins West End Grease as Sandy on January 25

How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria? semi-finalist Siobhan Dillon will return to the West End production of Grease to play Sandy, beginning January 25. Previously, Dillon had appeared as Patty Simcox in the musical running at the Piccadilly Theatre.

The actress will join a company which also features Noel Sullivan (Danny Zuko), Matthew Goodgame (Kenickie), Victoria Hamilton-Barritt (Rizzo), Lucas Rush (Roger), Hayley Gallivan (Jan), Benjamin Ibbott (Doody), Faye Brookes (Frenchy), Bennett Andrews (Sonny), Robyn Mellor (Marty), Michael Vinsen (Eugene), Susannah Allman (Patty), Jason Capewell (Vince/Teen Angel), Kerry Winter (Miss Lynch), and Stephanie Powell (Cha Cha).

Grease features four songs from the1978 film version, including “Sandy,” “Hopelessly Devoted to You,” “Grease” and “You’re the One That I Want.” The musical features book, music and lyrics by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey. Additional songs from the movie are by Barry Gibb, John Farrar, Louis St. Louis and Scott Simon.
