Nicolas Kent will direct Richard Norton Taylor's Tactical Questioning: Scenes from the Baha Mousa Inquiry, to run June 2-July 2 at the Tricycle Theatre. Polly Sullivan will design the production, which will have lighting by Charlie Hayday and sound and projections by Ed Borgnis. Casting will be announced shortly.

The piece is based on the public inquiry which examined the events that took place over two days of detention for Baha Mousa and nine others in the Haitham Hotel in Basra, Iraq, which left Mousa dead from asphyxiation.

Kent, the artistic director of the Tricycle, most recently directed Greta Garbo Came to Donegal and the trilogy The Great Game: Afghanistan. Among his many other credits are The Great White Hope, Trouble in Mind, Wine in the Wilderness, A Love Song for Ulster, Macbeth, 10 Rounds, Mustapha Matura's Playboy of the West Indies, and The War Next Door.

Norton-Taylor is Securtiy Affairs Editor for The Guardian. Among his works for the theater are Half The Picture, written with John McGrath, as well as Nuremberg, The Colour of Justice, and Justifying War. In addition, his play Bloody Sunday won the 2006 Olivier Award for Outstanding Achievement in an Affiliate Theatre.
