National Theatre Live will present international encore screenings of Peter Morgan's The Audience, beginning Thursday, June 25. Recorded on June 13, 2013, the broadcast features a performance of the world-premiere production, starring Helen Mirren and directed by Stephen Daldry, at London's Gielgud Theatre. The encore screenings will also include an exclusive In Conversation with Stephen Daldry and Helen Mirren.

Mirren is currently reprising her performance at Broadway's Schoenfeld Theatre, for which she has earned a 2015 Tony nomination for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Play. The Oscar and Olivier Award winner stars as Queen Elizabeth II, as the play explores her reign from 1952 to 2012 through her weekly meetings with England's prime ministers.

The play also earned Tony nominations for Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Play (Richard McCabe) and Best Costume Design of a Play (Bob Crowley), as well as Drama Desk Award nominations for Outstanding Actress in a Play (Mirren) and Outstanding Costume Design (Crowley). Performances are scheduled to run through June 28.
