Dirty Dancing UK Tour Announces New Casting

The UK national tour of the musical Dirty Dancing- The Classic Story On Stage has announced new casting for the remainder of its 2012-2013 tour, beginning with its engagement at the Birmingham Hippodrome on July 4.
The show is written by Eleanor Bergstein, script writer and creator of the original film, and features such classic songs as “Do You Love Me?,” “Hungry Eyes” and “(I’ve Had) The Time Of My Life.”
The cast will now feature Jill Winternitz as Baby Houseman, Paul-Michael Jones as Johnny Castle, Nicky Griffiths as Penny Johnson, James Coombes as Dr. Jake Houseman, Julia Nagle as Marjorie Houseman, Emilia Williams as Lisa Houseman, Wayne Smith as Billy Kostecki, Michael Remick as Max Kellerman, Stefan Menaul as Neil Kellerman, Colin Charles as Tito Suarez, and Tony Stansfield as Mr Schumacher.
Other members of the new company include Lizzie Stavrou, Tara Verloop, Kate-Emma Portlock, Rosa O’Reilly, Lewis Davies, Callum Nicol, Adam Philpott, Will Tyler, Jenny Wickham, Rebecca Hodge, Vanessa Campbell, Faisal Khodabukus, Philip Marriott, Ben Harris, and Jonathan Cordin.
