The season will open with Alan Hruska’s The Man on Her Mind, running September 5-October 27 under the direction of Bruce Guthrie. The work explores the “girl meets boy” story through her dreams and his otherworldly experience.

Amy McAllister, Samuel James, Georgia MacKenzie, and Shane Attwooll will star in the play, which features scenic and costume design by Emma Bailey, design consultation by Tom Piper, lighting design by Matt Haskins, and sound design by Mike Walker.

Next up is a Robin Norton-Hale’s new English version of Giacomo Puccini, Luigi Illica, and Giuseppe Giacosa’s La Boheme, to run October 30-January 5 under Norton-Hale’s direction. Musical direction and piano accompaniment will be by Elspeth Wilkes. The production is produced by Dominic Haddock & Adam Spreadbury-Maher for OperaUpClose and Charing Cross Theatre.

The season will conclude with Gillian Lynne’s previously reported UK premiere production of Jerry Herman’s Dear World starring Betty Buckley and running February 4-March 30.
