Casting Announced for Southwark Playhouse’s The Belle’s Strategem

Southwark Playhouse has announced casting for Hannah Cowley’s The Belle’s Strategem, to run September 6 – October 1. Jessica Swale will direct the production.

The comedy focuses on the romantic and societal intrigues of a group in 18th-century London.

The company will feature Gina Beck as Letitia Hardy, Jackie Clune as Miss Ogle, Hannah Spearritt as Lady Frances, Maggie Steed as Mrs Rackett, Robin Soans as Hardy, Marc Baylis as Courtall, Holly Blair as Mrs Fagg, Cassandra Bond as Kitty Willis, Samuel Dent as Crowquill, Tim Dorsett as Villers, Mark Fountain as Dick, Jeremy Joyce as Saville, Michael Lindall as Doricourt, Christopher Logan as Flutter, Joseph Macnab as Sir George, and Nigel Munson as Silvertongue.
