Adele, Matilda, One Man, Two Guvnors Nominated for 2012 South Bank Sky Awards

Nominations for the 2012 South Bank Sky Awards, which honor the best in British popular culture, have been announced. The awards will be presented on May 1.
Theater productions that received nominations are Matilda, One Man, Two Guvnors, and Constellations, while nominated Opera productions are The Damnation of Faust, Mignon, and Heart of Darkness.
Other notable nominees include pop stars Adele, Kate Busch and PJ Harvey, choreographer Akram Khan, classical musicians Llyr Williams, Harrison Birtwistle, and Sir Colin Davis; visual artist David Hockney; and author Andrew Miller.
