Cast, Creative Team Set for PUNCH

Cast and creative team information has been announced for the dog & pony dc production of PUNCH–that’s the way we do it!. Written and directed by Wyckham Avery, the show will play at The Mead Theatre Lab at Flashpoint, October 31-November 22.

The production draws on the traditions of both Commedia del arte and the Punk movement with mask, exaggerated physicality, slapstick humor, and improvisation to tell the story of Punch, a disturbed, common-man hero who sticks it to the man and everyone in between. The cast will feature Josh Drew, Niki Jacobsen, Lee Leibeskind, Dan VanHoozer.

The design team will include Margo Beirne (costume design), Colin K. Bills (set/lighting design), and Betsy Rosen (puppet design).
