Kaye Ballard to Speak and Perform at Drama Book Shop

On Tuesday, December 19 at 6pm, Kaye Ballard will appear at the Drama Book Shop for an event to be held in celebration of the publication of her memoir, How I Lost 10 Pounds in 53 Years.

Ballard will be interviewed by David Finkle, TheaterMania’s chief theater critic. She will discuss her career, which has included leading roles in such Broadway shows as The Golden Apple, Carnival, Molly, and The Pirates of Penzance, the original television production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, and the sitcom The Mothers-in-Law, as well as many recordings and cabaret appearances. She will also sing a number and sign copies of her book, which was written with Jim Hesselman and has a foreword by Jerry Stiller.
