Vince Pesce to Now Direct and Choreograph Goodspeed’s Something’s Afoot

Vince Pesce will take over directing duties for the Goodspeed Opera House production of Something’s Afoot, which runs October 5-December 9.

Previously announced director Casey Husion, who conceived the piece, has had to withdraw due to a critical illness in her family. Pesce was already choreographer for the production, and is also continuing in that role.

With a book, music, and lyrics by James McDonald, David Vos, and Robert Gerlach and additional music by Ed Linderman, Something’s Afoot is a comic musical send-up of Agatha Christie-style whodunits.

As previously reported, the cast includes performers such as Ed Dixon, Hunter Ryan Herdlicka, Liz Pearce, and Lynne Wintersteller. For TheaterMania’s previous casting story, click here.
