Stew and Heidi Rodewald, best known for their collaboration on Broadway’s Passing Strange, will create music and songs for the Shakespeare on the Sound’s summer 2011 production of Much Ado About Nothing.

This will mark the duo’s third project with Shakespeare on the Sound and its artistic director Joanna Settle, having composed music for Settle’s 2009 productions of A Midsummer Night’s Dream and the company’s current staging of Othello.

Much Ado will once again be directed by Settle, and will feature sets by Andrew Lieberman and costumes by Tilly Grimes. It will perform at two locations on Long Island Sound: Pinkney Park in Rowayton and Baldwin Park in Greenwich. Performance dates and further details will be announced shortly.
