Clyde Alves, Stephanie Rothenberg, and More Announced for The Drowsy Chaperone

Casting has been announced for the Goodspeed Musicals production of The Drowsy Chaperone, directed by Hunter Foster.

The principal company is made up of Jennifer Allen (Chaperone), Clyde Alves (Robert), Tim Falter (George), Ruth Gottschall (Tottendale), Danielle Lee Greaves (Trixie), Jay Aubrey Jones (Underling), James Judy (Mr. Feldzieg), Ruth Pferdehirt (Kitty), John Rapson (Aldolpho), Stephanie Rothenberg (Janet), John Scherer (Man in Chair), Blakely Slaybaugh (Gangster 1), and Parker Slaybaugh (Gangster 2). The ensemble includes Abby Church, Bryan Thomas Hunt, Evan Mayer, and Gabi Stapula, with
Hallie Brevetti and James Spencer Dean serving as swings.

The Drowsy Chaperone, featuring a book by Bob Martin and Don McKellar, and a score by Lisa Lambert and Greg Morrison, will be choreographed by Chris Bailey, with sets by Howard Jones, costumes by Gregg Barnes, lighting by Kirk Bookman, sound by Jay Hilton, musical direction by Michael O'Flaherty, and orchestrations by Dan DeLange.

It will run September 21-November 25.
