Sandra Marquez, Ashley Neal, et al. Set for Quiara Alegria Hudes’ 26 Miles

Teatro Vista and Rivendell Theatre Ensemble have announced casting for Quiara Alegria Hudes’ 26 Miles, to run October 16 – November 21 at Chicago Dramatists. Tara Mallen will direct the production.

The play focuses on a Cuban woman and her 15-year-old Jewish daughter as they take a spontaneous cross-country road trip. The company will feature Keith Kupferer (Aaron, others), Sandra Marquez (Beatriz), Ashley Neal (Olivia) and Eddie Torres (Manuel).

The creative team will include Regina Garcia (scenic design), Diane Fairchild (lighting design), Christine Pascual (costume design), and Mikhail Fiksel (sound design).
