Theater Wit has announced two holiday productions set to run at the Theatre Building Chicago, Jacob Marley’s Christmas Carol (November 21-January 3) and The Santaland Diaries (November 28-January 1).

Jacob Marley’s Christmas Carol is Tom Mula’s award winning “real” story behind Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, and Mula will also star in this production with Steve Scott at the helm. The creative team will include Dan Cook (scenic design), and Jeremy Getz (lighting design).

The Santaland Diaries is David Sedaris’ story of taking a job as a Christmas elf at Macy’s, to be played by solo actor Mitchell Fain, and directed by Jeremy Wechsler. The creative team will include Joey Wade (scenic design), Mike Durst (lighting design), and Mara Blumenfeld (costume design)
