Betsy Aidem, James McMenamin, Debargo Sanyal, et al. Set for Cape Cod Theatre Project Readings

The Cape Cod Theatre Project has announced the cast for its 17th season of staged readings, to be held July 7-30, in Falmouth, Massachusetts.

David West Read’s newest play The Dark Pines, July 7-9, will feature James McMenamin, John Wojda, Jennifer Grace, Virginia Veale, and Shana Dowdeswell under the direction of Ian Morgan. 23 Feet In 12 Minutes, July 14-16, is a one-woman show that chronicles survivors of Hurricane Katrina, and will star Deanna Pacelli. Pam Berlin directs.

J.C. Lee’s Pookie Goes Grenading, directed by Giovanna Sardelli, will feature Remy Zaken, Andrew Polk, George Salazar, Jake O’Connor and Danielle Brooks. Finally, Jackson Gay is set to direct And When We Awoke There Was Light and Light by Laura Jacqman, which will feature Obie Award Winner Betsy Aidem as well as Debargo Sanyal, Amelia Workman, Phillip James Brannon, and Theresa Avia Lim.
