The Canadian production of Nora and Delia Ephron’s Love, Loss and What I Wore, will now run at Toronto’s Panasonic Theatre through October 2

Based on Ilene Beckerman’s 1995 book about clothes and the memories they trigger, the production is directed by Karen Carpenter, and features a series of five-person casts that will play in four-week cycles.

Paula Brancati, Andrea Martin, Sharron Matthews, Louise Pitre, and Mary Walsh comprise the company through August 7; Lauren Collins, Wendy Crewson, Cynthia Dale, Linda Kash, and Margot Kidder will perform August 10-September 4, and Jeanne Beker, Barbara Budd, and Sheila McCarthy will perform September 10-October 2, with two more performers to be named later

A portion of the production’s proceeds will benefit the Toronto Chapter of Dress for Success, a charity that provides work clothing and job support for low-income women.
