The currently running return Broadway engagement of The Illusionists has added four performances at the Neil Simon Theatre. The additional performances are scheduled to take place December 21 at 7pm, December 29 at 11am (special family matinee), December 30 at 11am (special family matinee), and January 3 at 7pm. The run will still end on January 3.

In addition, audiences nationwide will have the chance to get a behind-the-scenes look at The Illusionists during an NBC one-hour special on December 9 at 10pm EST. The program was recently filmed at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles.

The Illusionists — Live on Broadway includes three new "magical superheroes" who will contribute new stunts and sleight-of-hand acts. The group, including Jonathan Goodwin (The Daredevil), James More (The Deceptionist), and Raymond Crowe (The Unusualist), are set to join returning audience favorites Yu Ho-Jin (The Manipulator), Jeff Hobson (The Trickster), Dan Sperry (The Anti-Conjurer), and Adam Trent (The Futurist). Direction is by Neil Dorward.
