The Cher Show, beginning its Broadway run November 1 at the Neil Simon Theatre, has announced a digital lottery, offering a limited quantity of $30 tickets to each performance. The lottery will open at 8am EST on Thursday, November 1, for tickets to that evening's performance. Lottery seat locations may vary per performance but will always include seats in the first row. For matinee performances (2pm or 3pm), the lottery opens at 8pm the day prior and will close at 9am the day of the performances. For evening performances (7pm, 7:30pm, or 8pm), the lottery opens at 8am the day of the performance and closes at 2pm.

After being notified, selected winners will have 60 minutes to pay for their tickets online. If payment is not received by that time, the tickets will be released. Once confirmed, lottery tickets can be picked up at the Neil Simon Theatre Box Office with a valid photo ID beginning 30 minutes before curtain.

Based on the life of international pop star Cher, the biomusical features a book by Rick Elice (Jersey Boys), direction by Jason Moore (Avenue Q), choreography by Christopher Gattelli, with Daryl Waters providing orchestrations, arrangements, and musical supervision. Cher's classic songs make up the score.

The Cher Show stars Tony nominee Stephanie J. Block (Falsettos), joined by Teal Wicks (Wicked) and Micaela Diamond in the role of the iconic singer and actor at various times in her life and career. Also in the cast are Tony nominee Jarrod Spector (Beautiful: The Carole King Musical) as Sonny Bono, Tony nominee Michael Berresse (Kiss Me, Kate) as Bob Mackie, Michael Campayno (Wicked) as Rob Camilletti, Matthew Hydzik (It Shoulda Been You) as Gregg Allman, and Tony nominee Emily Skinner (Prince of Broadway) as Georgia Holt.

The production is set for an official press opening on December 3.
