Lord of the Dance: Dangerous Games opens tonight at the Lyric Theatre for a run through January 3, 2016.

The show comes to New York following a sold-out run at London's Dominion Theatre, featuring Irish dancing icon as well as creator and choreographer of the original Lord of the Dance franchise Michael Flatley in his Broadway debut. The show marks Flatley's final production as a performer. The cast also includes Flatley protégés Morgan Comer, James Keegan, and Cathal Keaney in the title role of the "Lord of the Dance," with a score by Gerard Fahy.

The first edition of Lord of the Dance premiered in Dublin in 1996, and over the years, has featured various stories based on ancient Irish folklore. The show has since toured the world with productions in Europe, Asia, and North America.
