In The Band's Visit, which will open at Broadway's Ethel Barrymore Theatre this fall, the Alexandria Ceremonial Police Band arrives in Israel to play at the opening of a cultural center. But when their hosts don't show and an error in communication sends them in the wrong direction, the band members soon find themselves in a small settlement in the heart of the Negev desert.

Based on Eran Kolirin's film The Band's Visit, which won the Jury Coup de Coeur prize at the Cannes Film Festival, the new musical features a book by Itamar Moses and an original score by David Yazbek, with direction by David Cromer.

The show's website has now released a track of leading lady Katrina Lenk singing Yazbek's song "Omar Sharif," which you can listen to here.

As previously announced, the musical's original stars, Lenk and Tony Shalhoub, will reprise their performances as Dina and Tewfiq, respectively, alongside fellow Atlantic cast members John Cariani (Itzik), Ari'el Stachel (Haled), George Abud (Camal), Andrew Polk (Avrum), Bill Army (Zelger), Rachel Prather (Julia), Jonathan Raviv (Sammy), Sharone Sayegh (Anna), Kristen Sieh (Iris), Alok Tewari (Simon), Etai Benson as Papi, and Adam Kantor as Telephone Guy, along with Pomme Koch and Madison Micucci as understudies.

Musicians for The Band's Visit will include Andrea Grody (piano, music director), George Abud (violin, oud, darbuka), Alexandra Eckhardt (bass), Philip Mayer (drums, Arabic percussion), Sam Sadigursky (clarinet, saxophones, flute), Jeff Theiss (keyboard, associate conductor), Harvey Valdes (guitar), and David Garo Yellin (cello).
