Take an Artsy First Look at Broadway's Fiddler on the Roof Revival

Fiddler on the Roof is heading back to Broadway, and the new production has released its first television spot. While you won't get a glimpse of its principal cast (which is led by Tony nominees Danny Burstein and Jessica Hecht), this artsy new commercial highlights the important elements of Jerry Bock, Sheldon Harnick, and Joseph Stein's classic musical. Namely, tradition! And if the look of it is any indication, Tony winner Bartlett Sher's production, featuring new choreography by Hofesh Shechter, it will certainly be a beautiful experience. Performances will begin November 20 in advance of a December 20 opening at the Broadway Theatre.
