Tom Beckett to Star in Barrington Stage’s This Wonderful Life

Tom Beckett will star in This Wonderful Life, a one-man adaptation of It’s a Wonderful Life, written by Steve Murray and conceived by Mark Setlock. Andrew Volkoff will direct the production, which will play Barrington Stage Company’s Stage 2, December 3- 20, with an opening on December 5.

Beckett will play over 30 roles, including George Bailey, Old Man Potter, Mary, and even Zuzu.

The design team will include Brian Prather (scenic designer), Jeff Davis (lighting designer), Jacob A. Climer (costume designer), and Brad Berridge (sound designer).

Beckett appeared on Broadway in The Father, and received Outer Critics Circle and Drama Desk Awards for Travels With My Aunt. He is perhaps best known for his series-regular role as the quiet “sound effects man”, Mr. Foley, on the AMC network show Remember WENN.
